Trained in many forms or self defense tactics, however fell in love with krav maga due to it being a very sufficient and to the point martial art . I have my level 1 instructor certification through Gabe Cohen who has had the opportunity to train and meet with several Israeli special forces operators as well as a few individuals who met and trained with or under Imi lichtenfeld . As well styles under John Wittman. Therfore the martial art is from the grape vine and real .
